Important Minimum Billing Note:
Volume structures begin at a minimum layout length of 24 inches. Submitted arrangements falling below 24 linear inches will automatically be flat-billed at the 24-inch introductory tier rate.
Technical Artwork Requirements
- Maximum File Dimensions: Individual gang sheets are strictly capped at 84 inches (7 feet) in maximum length. For continuous projects exceeding 84 inches, your graphics team must segment the project into multiple independent artboards.
- Print Safety Margins: While layouts use 24″ rolls, graphics must strictly sit within a 22-inch bounds to counter physical machine registration drift. Artwork bleeding past 22 inches will clip.
- Preferred File Profiles: PNG files are preferred file format and must arrive fully flat with zero background layer data.
- Resolution Blueprint: All static raster textures must scale to an absolute minimum density of 300 DPI at true scale. Manual digital stretching of web-res 72 DPI graphics will display severe printing artifacts.
- Color Management: Build and export all dynamic working assets exclusively inside a CMYK color matrix. Submissions generated under standard RGB pipelines automatically cross-convert, sacrificing neon and highly saturated gamut vibrancies.
- Line Weight Thresholds: Isolated structural linework, text elements, and graphical margins require a hard structural minimum thickness of 1 point (0.014″) to guarantee adequate white ink backing and powder adhesive binding.

- • ‘As-Is’ Mechanical Execution: We run incoming gang files exactly as uploaded. Our production pipeline utilizes a high-velocity automated print queue; our staff does not manual-proof typographical mistakes, transparency alignment gaps, layout resolution down-scaling, or element spacing overlaps.
- • Intellectual Property Rights: In checking out, you guarantee legal ownership, licenses, or direct written corporate permission for all commercial intellectual property, brand logos, and trade-marked imagery included inside your file.
- • Custom Print Protocol: Because DTF processing involves custom chemical ink and powder manufacturing on custom client parameters, all transactions remain permanent. Reprints are exclusively authorized if mechanical equipment failure or distinct factory-side tracking mutations happen.
